The members of the Centennial Wax Museum staff, in which you belong, have been asked to prepare the newest exhibit for display: Colorado's Famous Citizens. As you know, many people call Colorado their home and some of these citizens became famous. A famous person is someone who is well known and whose achievements are celebrated and remembered. Being famous does not mean you are rich or poor; just that you are celebrated.

As a museum staff member, you will be selecting one famous person from Colorado to research. When your research has been completed you will "become" your famous person in a wax exhibit. Your presentation will be videotaped for an upcoming television show.
Your research needs include:
What is your person famous for?
How is your person connected to Colorado?
When was your person born? When did your person die (unless they are still living)?
Two to three important events that happened during your person's life.
Three to four adjectives describing your person.
Bibliography that includes at least two resources.
