Webquests are inquiry-oriented learning experiences where students research topics using resources from the classroom and the Internet. Webquests are designed to encourage students to use higher order thinking skills in a partner or group activity. Students must analyze and assess information they have gathered to construct meaning. Projects based on webquest research develop students ability to summarize and reflect upon their learning.
